Make It Classroom: Painternoon with ChaCha Flores

Show your Alaskan spirit with a DIY painting!
 
We are thrilled to offer our first-ever Painternoon with local artist ChaCha Flores! Come and create a unique Alaska-themed piece using salvaged materials. In conjunction with Spenard Second Saturday, this event aims to engage participants in Habitat for Humanity Anchorage's 1000 Women Strong campaign to raise funds for a new affordable home build, while increasing awareness of housing affordability issues in our community and highlighting Spenard nonprofits and small businesses.

No experience necessary; all materials provided.
Class limited to 10 participants.
Fee option 1: Keep your art! Adults, $30. Youth ages 13-17, $15. Use code TEEN15 to receive the discount.
Fee option 2: Free! Donate your work to ReStore for sale. Use code GIFTMYART.
 
Proceeds fund Habitat for Humanity's affordable homeownership programs.
 
Safety precautions: Masks are optional at this time for all class participants. We also want to minimize the use of latex items in the room. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe!
